trademarks:assignments

A registered trademark is an intangible asset and can be assigned (transferred) from one party to another, thus changing the legal ownership on the trademark.

If you are planning on buying, selling or about to inherit a trade mark from someone else, you document the transfer of the assignment in writing and record the change with the office where the trade mark was granted from (for example, for US trademarks we would notify the United Stated Patents and Trademarks Office (USPTO).

Waheedan will manage every step of this potentially complex process, handling the transfer with efficiency and diligence.
