trademarks:licenses/franchises

A registered trademark is an intangible asset and can be licensed by the proprietor (legal owner) to another. Without this permission you could be infringing someone else's registered trademark.

If you are planning on buying, selling or about to inherit a trademark from someone else, you should check what licenses are in place. It should be in writing and recorded with the office where the trademark was granted from (for example for US trademarks we would notify the United Stated Patents and Trademarks Office (USPTO)).

Waheedan will manage every step of this potentially complex process, handling the drafting and execution with efficiency and diligence.
